Our team handles setup, guides the craft, and takes care of cleanup, so parents can actually enjoy the day. Best of all, every child leaves with a handmade creation they’ll be proud to show off.

What ages are parties for?
Our crafts are designed for ages 3–12. Younger kids (ages 3–5) enjoy simpler, colorful projects like painted bug rocks or animal masks, while older kids (ages 8–12) can take on more detailed creations such as butterfly wings or garden décor. Every project is tailored to your group’s ages so that no one feels left out — everyone finishes with a craft they’ll be proud to take home.
What’s included?
Busy Bees is all about stress-free fun. We provide everything: eco-friendly craft supplies, step-by-step instruction, setup before the party starts, and cleanup after the fun is done. All you need to do is provide the space (and the kids!). Parents don’t have to worry about running around for supplies or managing a mess — we’ve got it covered.
Where do parties take place?
We’re fully mobile, which means we bring the Busy Bees party to you! Most of our events are hosted in family homes, but we can also set up in community centers, libraries, or other venues in the Denver metro area. If you have a table and some space for kids to sit, we can transform it into a buzzing craft station.
How long is a party?
Most parties last about 90 minutes. Here’s how it usually flows:
15 minutes: Setup and getting kids settled.
45 minutes: Guided craft time with plenty of room for creativity.
30 minutes: Wrap-up, sharing creations, and cleanup.
We can adjust timing to fit your schedule — some groups move faster, others love taking their time. Either way, we make sure every child has a finished project to take home.
